formerwagie.club is the personal site of a solo broadcast producer based in New York. This is a plain-language summary of how the site handles your information. The short version: the only personal information collected is what you choose to enter when you request an estimate, and it is used only to reply to you and carry out work — never sold, never used for advertising.

What's collected

• Estimate requests. When you submit the quote form, you provide your name, email address, and the project details you enter (location/zone, shoot and edit days, and so on). This is emailed to me so I can respond.
• Payments. If you accept a quote and pay an invoice, Stripe collects your payment details directly. I never see or store your card number.
• Technical logs. As with any website, basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) is processed by the hosting and content-delivery providers to serve the site and keep it secure.

How it's used

Only to respond to your inquiry, prepare and send your estimate, arrange and bill work, and keep the site running and free of abuse. Your information is not sold, rented, or used for advertising or profiling.

Service providers

A few trusted services process data on my behalf, each only as needed to do its job:

• Cloudflare — DNS, the form-handling worker, bot protection (Turnstile), and email routing.
• Resend — sends the estimate and notification emails.
• Stripe — invoicing and payment processing.
• Bunny.net — content delivery (serving video and images).
• The site's server host — serving the website itself.

Bot protection — Cloudflare Turnstile

To protect the quote form from spam and automated abuse, this site uses Cloudflare Turnstile. When you submit the form, Turnstile runs a privacy-preserving check to confirm you are human, and may process technical information about your device and browser for that purpose. Turnstile does not use tracking cookies and is not used to profile or track you across sites. Your use of it is governed by the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and the Cloudflare Terms of Service.

Cookies & tracking

This site uses no advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and no analytics that profile you.

Data retention

Estimate emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting work, plus records required for tax and accounting. Stripe retains billing records under its own policies.

To ask what information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email hello@formerwagie.club and I will respond within a reasonable time.
